• Room and Rate Availability: All rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of confirming the tour package.
• Hotel Substitution: If the selected hotel is unavailable at the time of final booking, a similar category hotel of the same standard will be provided.
• Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in and late checkout are not guaranteed. We can request this on your behalf, but accommodation will depend on the hotel’s discretion.
• Travel Insurance: Charges for travel insurance are not included in the package cost. You may purchase it separately; if not, we are not responsible for any damages, injuries, losses, thefts, flight delays, or cancellations.
• Permit Charges: Any video or camera permit fees will be payable directly by the guest.
• Personal Expenses: All personal expenses, such as shopping, food, beverages, and transfers, will be the guest’s responsibility.
• Visa Approval: Visa approvals are at the discretion of the respective embassy, and we are not liable for any refusals. Fees paid for visa processing are non-refundable.
• Surcharges: Additional surcharges may apply during trade shows, events, peak seasons, or blackout dates.
• Airport Taxes: Airport taxes are payable directly at international airports.
• Transfers and Sightseeing: All transfers and sightseeing will follow the itinerary, and the vehicle will not be available for disposal.
• Airfare: Airfare is subject to change based on airline schedules and will be finalized only upon confirmation of your booking. While we attempt to hold seats, final availability is at the airline’s discretion.
• Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds or cancellations of tour packages will follow hotel guidelines.
• Flight Delays or Cancellations: In the event of flight delays or cancellations, it is the airline’s responsibility to accommodate passengers.
• Gala Dinners: Prices for gala dinners on Christmas and New Year’s Eve will be payable directly to the hotel.
• Honeymoon Facilities: A wedding card must be presented at check-in to receive honeymoon amenities, such as flower decorations, wedding cakes, sparkling wine, and fruit platters. These amenities may vary by hotel, and domestic hotels typically do not provide them, although they may be requested for an additional fee.
• Gratuities: Tips for drivers and guides are at your discretion, though in some destinations, they may be customary.
• GST: A 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is mandatory and will be applied to the total bill as per Indian government regulations.
• Role of Days Holiday: Days Holiday serves only as a booking facilitator and does not guarantee hotel room quality, bed type, check-in/check-out flexibility, or food quality.
• Agreement to Terms: By booking a package, customers agree to our terms and conditions and waive the right to request cancellations, refunds, or compensation due to issues with hotels, airlines, ground handlers, or weather conditions.
• Hotel Package Terms: Hotel packages are subject to the discretion of the hotels and may be discontinued without prior notice.
• Gala Dinner Policies: New Year and Christmas gala dinners are mandatory as per hotel policies for all guests.
• Complimentary Activities: Complimentary activities are subject to resort policies, and guests must check in with the concierge to avail themselves of these benefits.
• Hotel Recommendations: While we provide recommendations for hotels globally, we do not guarantee their services or amenities. We strongly encourage guests to conduct their own research before making a decision.
• Payment Policy: Once a holiday package is booked with www.daysholiday.com, it falls under our cancellation policy, and full payment is required before departure or check-in.
